In this 30 minute consultation, we'll get acquainted, talk about your goals, priorities and challenges. We'll see if we're a good fit and make a plan to proceed with future calls. Please fill out the Client Intake Form to get started.

60 minute consultation - $90.00

Typically in 60 minutes we can tackle a topic or two and make a plan for action. From KPI training, to retention, pricing and sales.

90 minute consultation - $135.00

This session is suited to more in-depth conversations related to budgeting, quarterly goal-setting, creating of marketing plans and sales flow documentation. 90 minute sessions are well-suited for quarterly maintenance calls once you're up and running.

6 session package - $432 (20% savings)

With this bundle we'll schedule 6, 1 hour sessions over the course of 1-2 months. This is best if you want to tackle the entire recommended MindBody University process, everything from KPIs, Pricing, Sales, Marketing and even Budgets and Operations.

What to Expect

After all, healthy relationships are all about expectation management, right?

The following expectations are intended to help our work together be as clear and helpful as possible. Questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. Overall you can expect to be inspired and fine tune your business in ways you didn’t know you needed! 

Frequency of Meetings

Typically, clients who are looking to jump start their business or have pressing needs will want to schedule 4-6 sessions and we'll connect once a week or every other week and then quarterly thereafter. Some clients only need a one hour session on occasion for help on something specific. Ongoing meetings can be used to create and implement specific plans, assess progress, look at numbers, keep you on track and answer questions. We'll make a plan for action after our Get to Know Call.

Meeting Logistics

You can book 60 minute or 90 minute appointments. Most meetings will take place remotely over the phone. I will contact you at the number that you provide on your Client Intake Form. We can skype or use Google Hangouts for international calls or if we need to use video.

Consultations are scheduled through . Please note times are in Central Standard Time Zone, please adjust according to your location. You can set meeting reminders or alerts as needed.

What You Can Expect From Me

My focus is 100% on helping you and your business in our work together and sharing my experiences and ideas. You might not feel connected with some of my business recommendations. I do my best to listen and adjust and expect you to tell me if anything doesn’t feel right or if we're going down a wrong path. I will take notes on all our conversations together and send you homework and follow up details after every call. I also keep a detailed client intake document that tracks calls, notes and any action items. I am happy to give you access to that and we can use as a working document.

What I Expect From You

I expect anyone I work with to be committed to working together in a collaborative way, to be honest with me about what is working for you and what isn’t. Please be respectful of my time and cancel any appointments with at least 24 hours notice, and preferably 1 week in advance. To make the best use of the time you are paying for, you should provide an agenda of topics, questions, priorities and any relevant supporting material at least 24 hours before our meeting time. The more prepared you are, the more you will get out of a session. I expect you to make an honest effort in implementing changes and doing homework. Action items we discuss are ultimately your responsibility.

Technical Support

Although I have a good understanding of the MINDBODY software system, sometimes it is not the best use of our time or your money to cover technical questions that you could get answered for free by MINDBODY. There may be other software issues you are having with add-ons, and if these issues come up, I will likely refer you to call support as an action item before our next call.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. We charge a $20 cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice and up to 1 hour notice. Cancellations with 1 hour or less notice or not calling and not showing up for sessions will be charged full price or a session deducted from your current package. You may cancel by e-mail or by phone.

Confidentiality Agreement

I maintain strict confidentiality with all clients – nothing you tell me will ever be disclosed without your permission. By working together we are both bound by the following agreement: Agreement and acknowledgement between (client) and Charmaine Swan Consulting (undersigned).

Whereas, the client agrees to furnish the undersigned certain confidential information relating to the affairs of the client for purposes of evaluation, consulting, or related analysis:

Whereas, the undersigned agrees to review, examine, inspect, or obtain such information only for the purposes intended and to otherwise hold such information confidential pursuant to the terms of this agreement:

Be it known that the client has furnished or will furnish to the undersigned certain confidential information as required and may further allow the undersigned to inspect the business of the client and interview representatives of the client on the following conditions:

  1. The undersigned agrees to hold all confidential or proprietary information to trade secrets purpose, shall not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party.
  2. At the conclusion of our discussions and upon demand by the client, all information, including photographs, memoranda, or written notes shall be returned to the client.
  3. This information shall not be disclosed to any employee or consultant unless they agree to execute and be bound by the terms of this agreement.
  4. It is understood that the undersigned shall have no obligation with respect to any information known by the undersigned or generally known within the industry prior to the date of this agreement, or becomes common knowledge within the industry thereafter.
